How can I become a member?
Likitder was established to bring together real and legal persons operating in the transportation and logistics sector in order to achieve sustainable growth in the sector, to raise quality standards and to develop a culture of ethical business conduct.
Accordingly, all individuals and organizations actively serving in the sector can become a member of the association within the framework of the rules set by Likitder. Likitder Transportation and Logistics Service Rules and Likitder Code of Professional Ethicsmust be accepted for membership.
After the membership application is made, necessary examinations are made about the candidate members and the application is evaluated and decided at the first Board of Directors meeting after the 15-day suspension period. While examining the applications, the Board of Directors takes into account whether the candidates act in accordance with the ethical and professional standards set by Likitder.
ABOUT LİKİTDER RULES
Likitder members undertake to comply with the rules set by the association. These rules aim to improve service quality in the sector, strengthen cooperation and encourage ethical business conduct.
1. Likitder Transportation and Logistics Service Rules
These rules include technical, operational and managerial standards that all members operating in the sector must comply with. It aims to increase the efficiency of business processes, prioritize customer satisfaction and regulate the functioning within the sector.
2. Likitder Code of Ethics
Likitder members are obliged to act in accordance with ethical values. Likitder Code of Ethics has been prepared within the framework of basic principles such as honesty, transparency, fair competition, compliance with business ethics, environmental and social responsibility.
These rules cover the following principles:
- Honesty and Transparency: Members are obliged to conduct open, honest and transparent communication in their business relationships.
- Fair Competition: It is essential to maintain competition in the sector within the framework of ethical rules. Practices that may harm competitors, manipulate the market or provide unfair gain are prohibited.
- Service Quality and Reliability: Members are committed to providing the best service to customers and conduct all their activities in accordance with high quality standards.
- Employee Rights and Job Security: Members are obliged to protect the rights of employees, provide equal opportunities and ensure a safe working environment.
- Environmental and Social Responsibility: Members take care to develop business models that are sensitive to the environment and contribute to society.
Likitder Code of Professional Ethics is committed by the members and necessary disciplinary processes are carried out in case of violation.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
In Likitder membership applications, the following documents must be submitted in full in order to evaluate the compliance of the candidate members with the criteria determined by the association.
1. Membership Application Form and Personal Documents
Completed Likitder Membership Application Form
2 passport size photographs of the legal entity representative
Certificate of Criminal Record of the legal person representative
Photocopy of T.R. Identity Card of the legal entity representative
2. Reference Information
References of two members who have completed at least 2 years as a full member of Likitder
3. Company and Activity Documents
Sample of the company's establishment and/or current Trade Registry Gazette
Certificate of Activity from the Chamber of Commerce, Chamber of Industry or relevant professional chamber, including the Trade Registry Record, capital information and the company's fields of activity
4. Authorization and Representation Documents
Current signature circular containing the names and titles of company officials
Containing the company's Likitder membership decision and determining the legal entity representative;
Decision of the Board of Directors or Board of Shareholders or
Petition signed by the representative and binding authority of the company
5. Activity and Authorization Documents
Copies of licenses and authorization certificates determined by laws and regulations that the company has in order to perform transportation and logistics services
