Likitder Basic Human Resources Processes Training

Organized by the Liquid and Bulk Product Transporters Association (LİKİTDER), "Basic Human Resources Processes Training" aims to provide a holistic view of the basic concepts of human resources management, implementation processes and legislation.

Participants will be equipped with both theoretical knowledge and practical examples on topics such as recruitment, orientation, performance management, payroll, training-development and labor law; they will acquire the necessary competencies to build more effective HR processes in their organizations.

The training will be given by Dr. Gülşahiden Durucan, an expert academician and consultant in the field, and is open to HR professionals, managers and all participants aiming a career in this field.
